Our General Office is located in the north building, adjacent to the Grand Hyatt Tampa Bay hotel.  The buildings share a parking garage.  We reside on the 11th floor.  Before entering the elevator, press button number one twice (1, then 1).  Wait for the automated voice to announce which elevator car to use (A, B, C or D).  There are no buttons inside the elevator car; it will take you directly to the 11th floor.
